Cultural Alliance Exec Director Odinak Resigns

The Cultural Alliance of Fairfield announced on Thursday that Ryan Odinak has decided not to continue as executive director of the organization.

Odinak has served in that capacity since 2008, when the Cultural Alliance was founded, and has succeeded in developing it into the dynamic resource that it is today. Her tenure will end in six months, after which she plans to pursue her personal creative endeavors and continue her career in arts and cultural management as an independent consultant, according to a release from the Cultural Alliance. Odinak will continue to lead the organization and maintain its services while the board undertakes a search.

“I have been privileged to work with a terrific staff, board of directors and alliance members who have all helped build an organization that I am extremely proud of today," Odinak stated in the release. "The Cultural Alliance of Fairfield County has a great reputation for serving the arts and culture sector and bringing cultural leadership to the region and the state. I am confident it will remain a strong and growing presence into the future.”
