The Blessing of Animals

St. Paul's on the Green, Neighbor

The Blessing of Animals will be offered on
Saturday, October 5, at 4 pm on the lawn of St. Paul’s on the Green, 60 East
Avenue, Norwalk. Each pet will be prayed individually for by the clergy and
will receive a signed “Certificate of Blessing.” Prayers for healing for older
and infirm pets will also be available and there will be an opportunity for pet
owners to remember their deceased pets with a moment of silence. Owners of pets
who are not able to be brought to St. Paul’s may bring a picture of their pet. The
Gift Store will be open for purchasing of St. Francis medals for pet collars
and other great items. For
