Don't miss the final Stroll and Sip Tour of Norwalk's ever more fascinating WPA Murals. The more you look at these beautiful works of art, the more there is to see.
Join docents Susan Wallerstein and Melissa Slattery. This short Friday evening stroll will leave Freese Park at 6:00 pm. The walk to Norwalk City Hall includes historic Smith Street, with points of historic interest identified along the way.
The tour will feature the magnificent "Calf Pasture Beach" mural by Alexander Rummler and will include a viewing of artist George Avison's athlete paintings.
The featured drink for this walk is a cold beer at B.J. Ryan's.
After the stroll, there are all sorts of fun activities to see and do back at Freese Park Artists Village.
Or have dinner at one of the many great dinner places located on or near Wall and Main Streets. There are tons of great places to choose from.
The $5 ticket fee covers the cost of your beverage.
So ... Walk the Walk, talk the talk, see with new eyes and drink it all in!
