TITLE Boxing Club of Norwalk to Host Norwalk's Police Explorers

TITLE Boxing Club of Norwalk will host an event for Norwalk's Police Explorers.   Join us for an evening of boxing, nutritional information, an indulging massage, and healthy snacks. 


Joy Carbino, a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Holistic Health Coach, and Reiki Master/Teacher serving the communities of Westport, Stamford, Greenwich, and their surrounding areas will be donating massages to interested participants.  Michelle Herzl, TITLE Boxing Club Trainer and Certified Holistic Health Coach, will be providing information on integrated nutrition.  Enjoy smoothies donated and made by Ernst Turnier Jr. of Café Turnier!
