Teen Poetry Workshop
Project V.O.I.C.E. (Vocal Outreach Into Creative Expression) is an organization based on three founding principles: Entertainment, Education, and Inspiration.
Talking, thinking, and feeling is just the beginning. Using teaching methods that include multi-media, live performance, original exercises, and personal instruction, Project V.O.I.C.E. creates a supportive environment where participants can experiment, practice, and polish their work -- ultimately providing them with the tools to start their own creative process. Project V.O.I.C.E. workshops encourage people to engage with the world around them and use Spoken Word Poetry as an instrument through which they can explore and better understand their culture, their society, and ultimately themselves.
