Christmas Joy

The Greenwich Choral Society ushers in the season with “Christmas Joy,” a celebration that begins with a candlelight procession, and features works by Rachmaninoff, Debussy, Britten, Pinkham, Schutz and more, along with traditional carols. There will be a solo vocal quartet, and accompaniment by harp, brass and organ. The 120-voice chorus, now in its 88th year, is under the direction of Maestro Paul Mueller.

Concerts will take place at Christ Church, Greenwich, 254 East Putnam Avenue, on Saturday, December 1, at 4:30 p.m. and Sunday, December 2, at 2:30 and 5 p.m.   Tickets are $38 and $28 ($30 and $23 for students) and may be purchased at Greenwichchoralsociety.org or by calling 203-622-5136.  Advance purchase is highly recommended for these popular concerts.
