Celebrate National Poetry Month at the South Norwalk Branch Library

On Saturday, April 12th, at noon, celebrate National Poetry Month at the South Norwalk Branch Library by reading one of your favorite poems and discussing its poet or reciting your original poem.   Following the discussion, the movie Sylvia (110 minutes), starring Gwyneth Paltrow and Daniel Craig (the current James Bond), will be shown.  The movie details the life of poet Sylvia Plath and her tumultuous relationship with her husband Ted Hughes, who was also a poet.  Let's get poetry out of the books.  LET'S GET POETRY OUT LOUD!  This program is free and open to the public.  Refreshments will be served.  Registration is available online or by calling 203-899-2790 x 15902.
