What Do Norwalk Residents Need to Vote?

Although the rules in other states have changed, all you need to vote in Connecticut is a driver's license, Department of Motor Vehicles photo identification, Social Security card, or any other pre-printed form of identification to cast a vote on Nov. 8.

Norwalk’s upcoming municipal elections will be interesting, no doubt — but what identification do Norwalk residents need to bring with them to the polls in order to vote?

"More than a dozen states have already passed laws imposing new restrictions on voter registration drives, cutting back early voting periods, or requiring new stringent voters identification," the LWVC said in a statement. "The League of Women Voters of Connecticut assures state residents that there will be no new changes in requirements for voting in the elections to be held on Tuesday, November 8."
