Connecticut chef Piergiorgio Nanni prepares a classic seafood dish from his childhood.

Executive Chef Piergiorgio Nanni has cooked his way around the world, from his childhood home in Rome, to the tri-state area, where he has worked as both an executive chef and consultant. He's now sharing his passion for cooking at The Goose American Bistro & Bar in Darien; and the menu features a traditional holiday dish from his childhood: zuppa de pesce or Nantucket Bouillabaisse. Patch met with the chef to see just how it's done. Cecelia Smith has the story.
