Train Service Suspended In and Out of Grand Central [Update]

Metro-North now reporting scattered delays on the New Haven Line after service to Grand Central Terminal was suspended this morning due to signal problems.

[Update 1:26 p.m.]

Train service in and out of Grand Central Terminal has reportedly been restored, according to a report on ABC News New York, after having been suspended from about 9:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Sunday, due to signal problems.

Metro-North is now reporting scattered delays on the New Haven Line as a result of the service suspension, according to the report.

Train service in and out of has reportedly been suspended since before 10 a.m., Sunday, due to signal problems.

As per a Metro-North email alert, service on the is reportedly running westbound to Woodlawn, where customers can transfer to the subway for service to Grand Central Terminal.

New Haven Line customers may also transfer at New Rochelle and board an Amtrak train for service to Penn Station, according to Metro-North.

Customers using the Harlem and Hudson lines southbound must also transfer to the subway at Woodlawn.
