Norwalk Police Arrest 3 Men on Numerous Drug Charges

Norwalk police arrested two local men and a New Haven resident on drug charges Monday.

 

Norwalk police Monday charged Tione Johnson, 23, of New Haven, with four counts of possession of narcotics, four counts of illegal manufacturing or distribution of narcotics, four counts of possession with intent to sell in a school zone, according to police documents. Johnson is being held on $200,000 bond and is due in State Superior Court in Norwalk April 1.

Rory Bernier, 49, of Norwalk, was charged Monday with seven counts of illegal possession of narcotics near a school zone, five counts illegal sale or distribution of narcotics, five counts of possession of less than four ounces of marijuana, three counts of sale of narcotics within a school zone and other charges, according to an arrest log. Bernier is being held on $200,500 bond and is due in State Superior Court in Norwalk April 1.

Danny Palmer, 46, of Norwalk, was charged Monday with illegal possession of narcotics in a school zone possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal manufacturing or sale of narcotics, conspiracy to commit possession of narcotics and sale of narcotics in a school zone, according to an arrest report. Palmer is being held on $50,000 bond and is due in State Superior Court in Norwalk April 1.
