Are You OK?

Hurricane Irene unleashed her fury through the night and continues to do some damage.

Hurricane Irene arrived in Norwalk last night with feeling. She unleashed her wrath, pounding the area with heavy rains and howling winds. According to the national weather service Irene's "official" arrival should come around 11am with even stronger winds. She is sure to put her stamp on the area.

When you woke up this morning, what did you discover? Trees down in the yard? Screens off the house? Were you one of the more than 240,000 people in the state without power?Norwalk Patch wants to hear your story.
