2012 Norwalk Beach permits will expire on April 30.

While only 59 days remain until summer, spending a day at the beach is becoming more common for Norwalk residents as the weather warms up.

A 2013 beach / resident pass will be required to access all Norwalk beaches, yard debris sites and transfer stations as of April 30. Residents can register online 24 hours a day, according to NorwalkCT.org.
