Norwalk Office Building Sold for $11 Million

The office building at 535 Connecticut Avenue in Norwalk — home to Wells Fargo Advisors, University of Phoenix and Masonicare Home Health & Hospice — has reportedly been purchased by KABR and Blackpoint Partners.

KABR and Blackpoint Partners have reportedly purchased the office building at 535 Connecticut Avenue in — home to , University of Phoenix and — for $11 million in an all-cash transaction.

As per a press release, the seller, LNR Partners, foreclosed on the previous owner, who purchased the building in 2006 for $26.5 million.

The four-story, 175,000 square foot, class A suburban office building, which was constructed in 1988, was recently renovated. It offers a gym, cafeteria, conference facility and covered parking, as well as close proximity to I-95.
