Norwalk-based North American Power Sponsoring New York Yankees

As part of the sponsorship, North American Power, with offices on North Main Street and Marshall Street, will deliver the pregame center field LED Board "power report" feature

As part of the sponsorship, North American Power, with offices at 1 Marshall Street and 11 North Main Street, will deliver the pregame center field LED Board "power report" feature, highlighting the Yankees' leading in-season individual statistical performers, ahead of each game in .

"North American Power is proud to become a sponsor of the New York Yankees," said North American Power CEO Kerry Breitbart in a press release. "As a company that is committed to restoring America's energy future, it's a natural to support America's favorite pastime."

An alternative supplier to Connecticut Light & Power, two-year-old North American Power gives its customers a choice of 25 or 100 percent renewable energy and also allows them to earn credits toward energy savings. What’s more the company, which uses CL&P’s grid to deliver electricity, donates to charity each time a customer refers someone who signs up for the service.
