My Favorite Place Opens in Norwalk

The popular family eatery has relocated its downtown Greenwich outpost to Norwalk.

There's a new burger joint in town and if Norwalk residents are like Greenwich burger aficionados, they'll be checking it out as soon as they can.

Diners wondered what became of the My Favorite Place Restaurant when it closed its 343 Greenwich Ave. location in downtown Greenwich.

Owner Jennifer Scaglione-Morris says she relocated the business to central Norwalk, at 467 West Ave.

Scaglione-Morris said in a statement, "The decision was made to both branch out and serve the greater Connecticut area, as well as improving the overall experience at the flagship location, which will remain in Greenwich."

She added, "My Favorite Place has always been about the complete family friendly experience; delicious food, mouth watering desserts, and an interior that is both warm and welcoming."

Guests will continue to receive the same My Favorite Place promotions and specials and family friendly entertainment that have been offered for the last decade. My Favorite Place is known for its burgers, salads and specialty sandwiches, as well as breakfast and dinner options.  There's also children's entertainment during dinner every Tuesday and Thursday night.
