I joined Kevin Hennessy of Dominion Resources energy company to present a $1,000 check to the Rowayton Historical Society at 177 Rowayton Avenue. Accepting on behalf of RHS are Wendell Livingston and Lesley Korzennik.
The Rowayton Historical Society applied for the grant from Dominion to support its educational outreach by bringing history alive for elementary school children by exploring the daily life of people living in the time of Native Americans and the Colonial and Revolutionary War periods, supplemented by visiting artisans and educators.
