Norwalk Restaurants for Mother's Day Dining

There's still time to make reservations at the following locations

Here are eight restaurants still available for Mother's Day:

, 544 Main Ave., will be whipping up brunch and dinner specials for Mom, but they only have tables for two still available. Call 846-4600 if you want take out, which might not be a bad idea for this particular occasion. Mom still doesn't have to cook.

At , 130 New Canaan Ave., menu items include crab and veal chops, from noon to 8 p.m., in addition to specials that had yet to be determined. Call 849-8879. Seating is still available.

, 93 Main St., provides an Irish brunch buffet priced at $19.95 for adults, (which includes a Bloody Mary or mimosa), and $9.95 for kids under age 12. Seatings are still available at 1 p.m. 838-0222.

, 10 Wall St., will serve a creative brunch with slight variations on traditional themes from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and a special a la carte menu will be served for dinner, featuring their famous tapas. Call 866-8800.

, 98 Washington St., offers an upscale brunch with chocolate chip waffles, in addition to roasted chicken, or sirloin steak, among a variety of Chef Storch's other specialties. They're filling up quickly. Call 852-1088.

, 82 Seaview Ave., is offering a prix fixe menu, for $49.99 per person, and a kid's menu for $12. The menu includes soup or salad, entree and dessert. They are booked up until 4 p.m., but still taking reservations for dinner. 866-3364.

, 215 Main St., will be whippping up their usual Sunday brunch, featuring popular items like steak and eggs, from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Call 847-1333, while there is still plenty of seating.

, 12 South Main St., serving Mother's Day brunch for $16.50 per person, including eggs Florentine, pain perdu, a breakfast tart, mixed fruit, cookies and petit fours. Seating is only available after 3 p.m., so call soon for reservations, 854-4754.
