The public is advised that the Interstate 95 entrance and exit ramps at Exit 16 will be closed for about 2 1/2 hours Monday morning for Norwalk's Memorial Day Parade.
The closure enables the parade to proceed northbound on East Avenue, which passes over I-95.
The closures are expected to begin at 9 a.m. and continue until 11:30 a.m.
