From a Norwalk Police Department news release Monday morning:
The Norwalk Police Department will be promoting four members this afternoon during the Police Commission Meeting being held in the Norwalk Police Department Community Room at 4:15 PM.
The promotions will be to the rank of:
(one) Lieutenant
(two) Sergeants
(one) Detective
